1. When can I start using my account?
Once the sign-up process is complete, you will be sent an activation notice with your account details and login details. You may start using your account immediately. If you registered a new domain name or transferred a domain to Eiledon, it will take up to 48 hours for your website to be accessible and for email addresses to become usable.
2. What is Hosting and why do I need it?
Hosting is the business of housing, providing a server, and maintaining files for one or more Web sites.
A website can simply not operate without hosting. Hosting also facilitates for the use of a domain name and personalised email (ie. yourname@yourwebsite.co.za).
3. Which hosting plan is the one for me?

4. Where are your servers located?

5. How do I upgrade my hosting account?
As your business grows you may find that your hosting needs grow with it. Upgrading to a more advanced package is simple - contact us with your requirements and your account will be upgraded as soon as your upgrade application has been processed. Upgrading is a free service we provide.
