1. Are there any set up costs? Eiledon Solutions does not charge for the setting up of accounts unless you require the transfer of content of an existing website with a different hosting provider.
2. My website is not yet live, am I still billable? Yes. You are billed from the day of account activation.
3. I have not uploaded my website; am I still billable? Yes. Space has been made available to you and unfortunately costs are incurred.
4. When are payments due? Monthly payments are payable monthly in advance and are due by the 7th of the month.
Annual payments are payable annually in advance and due within 14 days of invoicing.
5. How can I reduce the costs of my hosting? 1. Pay bi-annually or annually in advance
Bi-annual payments entitle you to a 5% discount. Annual payments entitle you to 1 month of free hosting.
2. Hosting 2 or More Websites
When you host two or more websites through Eiledon, one account can be used to facilitate for higher requirements (such as a Biz Basic account which allows for a database), while the others can be hosted on less advanced accounts and share the database provided by the more advanced account.
