Email Set up with MS Outlook
1. Go to Tools > Email Accounts.
2. Select the "Add a new e-mail account" option and press Next.
3. Select the POP3 option and press Next.
4. Enter your details:
Your Name: The name you would like people to see on emails you send to them.
E-Mail Address: Your full email address, eg. info@yourdomain.co.za
Incoming mail server (POP3): pop.yourdomain.co.za
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): smtp.yourdomain.co.za
User Name: your full email address, eg. info@yourdomain.co.za
Password: enter your password.
5. Press the "Test Account Settings" button.
6. When done press the Next and Finish buttons. You are now ready to send and receive emails with your new email address.
